Repair
DC Comms repairs are worth your time. To save money on buying new gear if it gets damaged by patients and customers, we can repair and restore your equipment.
Contracts
DC Comms can offer different contracts to suit different customers which can include repairs, installtions, and call outs. We can offer a fully comprehensive all-inclusive service contract with agreed response time to remove the concerns of unscheduled break downs being left unattended.
Alternatively, we can offer a time and materials response where customers only pay for the service provided. We carry a good stock of third party spares aimed at achieving a first-time fix. We also provide a return to base workshop repair service where customers can keep their costs under control by sending equipment back for repair.
